After logging to your members page, you can "CREATE REQUEST" from the menu.

Areas to be filled in request form:

• Service: Choose "Forwarding Only"
• Ship to: The country to be shipped (This is important to calculate the shipping cost estimate).
• Item name: Please write the name of the item exactly from the online store.
• Item link: It will help us to get the item description.
• Item weight: For calculating shipping cost. (If you don't know exact weight, please write a rough description)
• Price per item: Price of each single item.
• Quantity: number of item in the box.
• Additional services: Please choose which additional services you would like to add.
• Notes: If you have additional request or description, please write here.
