Is Shipneko's membership free?

Good news is, YES IT IS! Signing up for membership is FREE. Members only pay for the services required.

Why is membership required to use the services?

By being a member and having an account with Shipneko, all the process of purchase requests, purchasing and shipping can be easily monitored and tracked on the member's account page.

What is "FORWARDING ONLY" service?

"FORWARDING ONLY" service is we provide our members with JP address they can use for placing orders on JP online stores.

The store ships to Shipneko, and Shipneko will ship to our members' address in overseas.

This service is for international shipping restrictions.

What is "ASSISTED PURCHASE" service?

"Assisted Purchase" service is where you send your request(s) to Shipneko, with the URL of the specific item you wish to buy and we'll process the online purchasing.

This service is for hassle-free card blocking due to country restrictions, language-barrier, and international shipping restrictions.

Kindly note that Shipneko do not search for your requested item so please ensure you provide the correct URL.

What is "Consolidation" service? (optional service)

Shipping multiple packages overseas direct from the online stores can be costly. With "Consolidation Service", we combine your packages into a single package, saving you more than 80% on international shipping fees.

Regardless to the type of service, you may store your package in Shipneko facility for up to 45 days, free of charge. Note that additional fees apply if storage exceeds 45 days.

Refund

I've submitted a request to purchase an item, and have paid for it. But now, I don't want it anymore. Can I get a refund on this order?

It depends on the status of your request. If the status is "Purchased", strictly no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

If the request is not yet fulfilled, we will process the refund.

Note that the refund amount will be the amount after the deduction of credit card/PayPal fees.

I've paid for my orders, and Shipneko's staff informed me that the item I requested is sold out/out of stock. What happens next?

In cases where member has made payment and the item is no longer available due to being eg, limited edition products, we will process the refund.

If the items received are damage/broken, do I receive a refund?

Shipneko will do our best to pack the items carefully to prevent any breakage/damage.

However in cases where items got damaged in the shipping process, Shipneko will not be liable and no request for refunds will be entertained.

Payment

What are the available payment methods?

We accept payment by PayPal, and Credit/Debit cards;
Local bank transfers are available via Wise (for selected countries);
and Paynow transfer is available for members with Singapore bank account only.

Are there any additional charges to a certain type of payment method?

Yes. Merchant fee of 4.10% + 0.30USD applies to PayPal, and Credit/Debit cards payment per transaction.
